Is my log data secure and private?
Yes. Sensitive fields are sanitized in your browser before anything is sent to our servers, and we process incidents ephemerally—we don’t retain your raw logs for training or analytics. Outputs are designed to support SOC 2–style reporting workflows on Team.
Which platforms do you support?
For incidents: Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Slack threads, and plain JSON or text logs. Pro and Team connect GitHub: Pro for manual commit import and deploy scan; Team adds webhooks for automatic deploy analysis (what changed + risk) — separate from log-backed RCA.
How long does it take to get an incident report?
